![]() Flash forward to today with 2 Nourish Your Life programs down and this is what I discovered. I was doing about 30 minutes of cardio daily in hopes of losing a few pounds before my wedding in November. In January, I had to begun the process of trying on wedding dresses & after learning you do that naked, I began working out on my own. I have found myself happier, creating more healthy coping mechanisms, and boundaries, and have been given the tools to help gain the life I’ve always wanted. Her program is inclusive, for people of all fitness levels, ages and stages in life this is all about finding parts of yourself that you didn’t even know existed and helping those parts grow.Īs someone with several mental and physical issues, Natasha helped make the program accessible and easy to comprehend. Natasha has created an environment that encourages you to be your best, to flourish and to be surrounded by like-minded individuals. Natasha is supportive and encouraging, she makes you feel safe and welcome. Natasha has been the most amazing coach, her program has changed my life. They have become friends I will cherish, and I’m excited to keep growing with Natasha’s help. Natasha and Nourish Your Life are the best things to happen to me during 2020, and this is something I won’t hesitate to sign up to again and again. It sounds cliché but this was worth every cent. I have found a sense of confidence, security, and numerous resources to help me become the best version of myself. I pursued my 200HR yoga teacher training, a yoga program called Eat, Breathe, Thrive that specializes in yoga for eating disorders, and became an Elite Trainer with specializations in group fitness and nutrition. Through yoga, magic, and inner work - I was able to recover and find my happiness again. I found yoga in this process, and it was essential in my recovery process. I went into recovery, therapy, and started to work on my mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I spiraled downwards because I did not realize that health is so much more than just physical. I developed an eating disorder and lost control. But then, what I wasn’t working on on the inside started to catch up with me. It all started for me at 18, when I decided to take control of my physical health and pursue a weight loss journey. I’ve been on my own personal nourishment journey for ten years now. You might know me as Nourished Natasha from Instagram. Elite trainer + fitness nutrition specialist.
